OYO 39950 Sri Sai sevalal comfort's

The owner was friendly and easy to talk to, and the service was good. It felt like home. Thank you, sir 🥰😍

If there were a zero-star option, I’d choose it. The room was dirty, there was no water, and the bed and sheets were filthy. Even the soaps had already been used. A horrible experience. They ask for extra money at check-in and won’t let you in until you pay. The online price is lower, but when you question the extra charge, they tell you to check with OYO customer care and say their room rates are higher than the online offer. Such a terrible experience. I’d never visit this hotel or book a room through OYO again.

The hotel’s one real plus was its connectivity, but that only helped a little. You still need to be able to breathe comfortably for eight hours of sleep, and the room needs work. I could see other guests looking puzzled during the short time I was there, and I don’t know how they put up with it. I stayed for two nights, and even a room freshener costing 40 rupees could have improved the atmosphere for at least 15 days. The bathroom fittings need an overhaul too, which would cost less than half a night’s rent. Instead, using the washroom made it feel as though nothing had changed in five years. Listening to feedback is one thing, acting on it is what matters. Past reviews have already given the owner plenty to work with, but it felt like they’d gone unheard. The owner seems more focused on being nice online than making real changes inside. They also need staff who understand hospitality, not just enough people on the roster. The reception was empty throughout my two days. I won’t dwell on the extra payment, since that was understandable for the location. Honestly, try somewhere else. This place could do a lot better with very little change in its approach.

The room was awful, and all they seemed to do was take the money. The staff behaved badly, and several people turned around after seeing the rooms. You can find other hotels nearby. I’d say don’t go, it’s a waste of money.
