Very poor experience. I’ve never had hotel staff or an owner behave this way before. We booked through OYO, but they wouldn’t honor the booking. Since it was so late, we accepted a room and paid more than the OYO price. I never received an invoice for the payment, even after waiting a long time. I’d rather stay by the roadside than here.
A complete waste of money. The experience was so bad I’d give it below zero if I could. There was no supportive or cooperative staff, and I left before checkout to move to another hotel. I’d never recommend staying here.
The room itself was in good condition, and for the price and facilities the place is decent. They only provide soap and body wash, so bring toothpaste and a comb. It’s a serviced apartment, which means you share the main entrance with others, though the room doors are separate. There’s no mirror in the room. The balconies and stairs weren’t clean. The owner was rude and arrogant, and with that attitude I wonder how long they’ll keep this business going.
The property is huge, with spacious rooms and toilets. Friendly security and staff, great service, and a good atmosphere made for an awesome stay. Hats off to the owner.
Please, anyone reading this, don’t go to this hotel. You’ll regret it. The owner is mentally unstable.
