The pictures on OYO and Google looked at least two years old, and the bathroom wasn't hygienic. The bed was okay, but there's no lift and the rooms are on the second floor, so this isn't a good choice for families, especially with elderly people or anyone who has trouble with stairs. The receptionist was sweet until we paid, then acted as if we were staying for free. Breakfast was listed as complimentary when I booked, but in the morning they said it wasn't available. Customer care told me OYO had stopped offering it and the listing was still showing it because of a technical issue. We put up with the problems because we were new to Bangalore and had a disabled person with us. When we were leaving, the receptionist asked me to open the OYO app and demanded a five-star rating. That's how this hotel got its 4.7 stars. Please avoid it.

The hotel looked much worse than the pictures and had a foul smell. I booked on OYO as a new user with a big discount, but at check-in they refused my Aadhaar card, which I'd downloaded from the official government website. They still wouldn't give me a room after I explained that. The person running the place had no basic decency, and management was rude. I cancelled the booking and went elsewhere. My advice is not to visit.

The room was completely untidy, so there's not much more to say about it. I'd already booked and paid for one night through Agoda, but the receptionist charged me another Rs 380 when I arrived. When I asked why, he said I had to pay if I wanted the room, otherwise I could find another hotel. Totally unfair.

There aren't even wardrobes in the rooms. They're extremely dirty, and the bathrooms were filthy too. The ventilation window was open or only half covered, so anyone walking past could see you using the toilet or taking a bath. We had to switch off the lights to use the restroom. I stayed here with a friend for the second time, but this visit really disappointed me. The list of issues could go on. Management needs to maintain hygiene and guest privacy.

The person at reception was rude and drunk, and the service was awful. They wouldn't even provide water. At check-in they asked me for extra money despite my app booking, and they wouldn't give me a bill when I requested one. It feels like a scam.
