The front desk made checkout frustrating. The man there hesitated to give me a bill and said he would send it later. Since my flight was in 2.5 hours, I accepted that, but more than a week has passed and I still haven't received it. I'm now planning to file a complaint against the hotel and its people. There were problems throughout the stay too. I was put on the 3rd floor, but the lift didn't work. About 15 minutes after I got to my assigned room, a hotel boy knocked and told me to move to the room opposite because they had lost the key. The sofa cover was very dirty, and the food I ordered the next morning arrived 15 minutes late. Phone responses were very slow as well. They list the place on Google and gmap as Square inn, though its actual name is Fly Inn. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Never visit. Staying here will only create more problems.

We booked this for one night because it was closer to the airport before our early flight. While our plane was landing from Coimbatore, the owner messaged us on WhatsApp and tried to send us to his other property, Fly Inn. There was no reason given for changing hotels. I've travelled a lot, and being redirected to a different property than the one we booked makes me very wary. I wouldn't trust this owner and will stick with professional hotels. Don't waste your time here.

The airport pickup was the first problem: I was arriving at 2 am and had been told someone would meet me, but nobody came. I waited alone at the airport taxi stand for 45 minutes. Each time I called, they said it would be five minutes. The listing also gave the wrong location on booking.com. I chose Square Inn because Fly Inn has very bad reviews, then found out on arrival that they're the same place. The room was dirty, and the promised good view wasn't there. You can't get Uber from the hotel, so I had to take their taxi and pay whatever they asked. Getting an invoice took several weeks of calls. Worst hotel, worst experience.

I only needed a place for the few hours before my flight, but even that was hard to manage. The geyser didn't work, and the room stayed really hot after the AC had been on for an hour or two. The AC looked dirty and poorly maintained. The washroom was dirty too, with poor upkeep, and I had to ask before toiletries and towels were brought to the room. It's a shabby, run-down house converted into an Oyo. I wouldn't recommend staying here, or using Oyo rooms for that matter. Oyo has lost the quality it had when it started, while competitors like Treebo and Fab hotels provide better properties and keep their promises in ads. Very disappointed.

The rates were reasonable for the quality of service, and the rooms were really good and very clean. I meant to stay for just 01 day, but ended up spending 4 days there. Next time I visit Bangalore, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. If you're looking for a room nearby, give it a try. Thank You 3 Squares Inn & OYO Rooms.
