We arrived to check in around 11pm and found the bed sheets, pillows, and towel dyed blue, as if they'd been dipped straight into Ujala. They smelled awful. Used amenities from a previous guest were still in the cupboard, which made it clear the room hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, its fittings were broken, and the open windows had no glass panels, a safety concern especially for women. Staff said all rooms were like this when I raised it, and they were very rude. They didn't provide dental kits either, despite the amenities listed in the app, which were clear lies. It was extremely unhygienic, so we cancelled and had to find another hotel at midnight.

The room was a good size, and the bed, sheets, and washroom were good. Staff were cordial, and I had a good experience overall. Still, the rooms could have been cleaner and I had to ask for everything, from a towel to soap. The management could do better.

Good value for money, and well connected to the IT parks. Linens were okay and cleanliness was average. You have to ask for everything, from towels to toiletries, and room service could be better.

The OYO website showed a price of 1245 rupees for a room for three people, but at the hotel they said they couldn't accept online bookings and charged 1500 rupees instead. I showed them the price online, but they ignored me. They gave no tax or GST details and no bill. This place is totally corrupt. Any Karnataka Government authority should take action against hotels like this.

We booked 2 rooms through OYO, but when we arrived the receptionist and the dealing official claimed there was no booking under my name. They had all the information, including the advance paid and how many days we had booked for. They still wouldn't accommodate us unless we paid extra for each day. A few other people had the same problem. It's a scam, and they're frauds. Never book here.
