OYO 62548 Hotel Raja Galaxy

The room itself was decent, but the upkeep was far below standard. The bathroom partitions weren't fitted properly, so showering felt exposed. The toilet needed repair, and the shelves were not clean. With proper maintenance, this otherwise standard room could have been much better.

This was one of the worst places I've stayed. The bed was okay, but the rooms were dirty and the floor was dusty. Staff weren't receptive, and there was no Wi-Fi. It's also a little far from Madiwala bus stop, so if you're traveling from elsewhere, you'll need to take an auto or another bus to get to the hotel.

There isn't a proper restaurant on site, so they can't offer much in the way of food or complimentary servings. Even so, this is a comfortable and convenient place to stay for a day or two, with good services and facilities overall. The address is in a familiar area that's easy to reach and find, and it works well as a base for getting to other places. :)

It was a lousy stay from start to finish. They didn't return my adhar card when I called afterward, and the staff were irresponsible. They said they couldn't copy the card and would only give it back at checkout. I forgot it, so they told me I'd have to go back to collect it. The lock was hard to open and close, and there was no switch for the room light. I had to remove the bulb to sleep, then put it back in the morning. The toilet was dirty, the flush didn't work, and the buckets and mugs were filthy. Both hot and cold water came out slowly.
