The stay was uncomfortable because cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The worst issue was bed bugs: I was bitten during my stay, and the bedding and mattress clearly weren't properly maintained or sanitized. The room itself also didn't feel well kept, with basic cleanliness overlooked. I can't recommend this hotel and strongly suggest management address these hygiene problems immediately so others don't go through the same thing.

At Hotel Sk Residency, I was charged for an extra night I didn't stay, and they refused to refund me. The staff were rude and uncooperative. I'm writing to warn others about this scam. Don't trust them, they're CHEAP and FRAUDULENT! 🚫👎

I've been coming to Bangalore for the last 1 yr, and SK is the best place to live. I always stay here for a cheap rate and get the best rooms and service. Restaurants and an ATM are nearby, and everything is reachable within a 5-minute walk. There's lots of cuisine in the area and a great crowd. I heartily wish the SK team great success.

I've never had a worse experience. Beware of ever visiting this place. Stay on the road under a tree, but never book here. The property stinks from top to bottom. The room's dustbin was already full of the previous customer's garbage, the bathroom reeked of concentrated acid, and its bucket had a hole. The linens are never washed, and there was water leaking in the room. I could go on and on.

Krishna Gowda, the manager, was really friendly and nice. The staff were lovely too, and it’s a very good hotel.
