The room smelled awful, and the mattress and pillows were damaged. There was no upkeep, and they didn’t even provide basic things like toilet mats. It felt like a local lodge. A very bad experience, I strongly don’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms were neat, including the washrooms, and had AC. The staff were professional and really nice. There were working charging points and a nice washroom kit too. It’s not very close to Baiyappanahalli Metro Station, but it’s accessible from the main road, with good shops nearby and lots of fast food available through Swiggy. There were maybe one or two tiny insects, and the view from the room wasn’t great. Still, there are lots of positives, and it’s amazing value for money. I’d definitely recommend it.

The customer service was good, which is why I’m giving it two stars. Otherwise, it would be one. The place was unhygienic, with multiple stains on the bed and a lipstick mark on the curtain. A group of guests in rooms a few doors away were drunk and fighting all night. I had a five hour flight and needed to rest, but couldn’t sleep because of the noise. I wouldn’t advise a girl travelling alone to stay here. The place was a huge letdown.

The photos and the actual room weren’t even 5% alike. The floor hadn’t been properly cleaned, so we couldn’t walk around without sandals. The bathroom and bedsheet were dirty, and the sheet smelled of food particles left by the previous person. Very dirty.
