OYO 79223 Exotic Stay BSK 3rd Stage

The location is the one real plus, and there are places to eat nearby. The hotel is above Domino’s, but cockroaches are a recurring problem. The beds were dirty and uncomfortable, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend staying here if cleanliness, a quiet setting, or decent service matter to you. Maybe couples would overlook the bed issue, but I wouldn't recommend it to others.

I paid online through OYO for a three-day booking, but on arrival the hotel said it hadn't received that payment and demanded 1200/- before handing over a room. I contacted OYO customer care to cancel and ask for a refund, then paid for one night at check-in. The place looked and felt very bad, and I didn't feel safe there. It seemed more like a lodge than a hotel, so they should remove “Exotic” from the name. Please don't come here as a couple.

The room doors barely lock, and the people here seemed sketchy and creepy. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're staying with a female companion. The receptionist was cunning from the start. I had fully paid for my stay through OYO, but he insisted the hotel wouldn't get that money and pushed me to pay extra. Before giving us time to decide, he took our government IDs and entered all the details. It felt strange, so I asked for time and contacted OYO customer care. They confirmed my payment and contacted the hotel about the extra charge. OYO later told me the hotel had claimed it was full and wanted more money for an upgrade. In reality, the rooms were vacant. It seemed they were making up demand and charging guests extra after arrival. The curtains, walls, and floor were stained in the attached pictures. Be cautious and avoid getting scammed.

I booked and prepaid through OYO a week before arrival, but at check-in the hotel refused to honor the booking and demanded extra cash, saying my payment wasn't enough. They have an OYO sign, but apparently don't honor OYO bookings. I also found the place unclean and unsanitary, with no parking despite it being listed in the details. The staff weren't hospitable, and I didn't feel safe. This was my worst experience. Don't check in here.
