Balaji Residency by OYO

The place was filthy, with stained walls and floors and cockroaches in the room. Water damage had left the ceiling badly cracked and peeling, and the dirty, broken switches added to the neglect. It felt unsafe. I would give SPOT ON Balaji Residency zero stars if I could. Don't book here, it's a serious health and safety concern.

I spent a day at Balaji Residency and had a good stay. The staff were courteous and polite. When I accidentally lost one of my belongings, they helped find it and returned it to me. I really appreciate their honesty and support, and would recommend the place.

They charged me half a day's amount for being an hour late. I can accept that, but they still wouldn't let me stay even for that extra hour after I paid. I had a weird experience here, and I strongly recommend people stay away. I don't think this place is safe for couples or families.

My driver stayed there for a day, and the staff threw him out, abused him, and demanded extra money. They said they'd file an FIR if he didn't pay. They were blackmailing him, and what they're doing there is illegal. This is the worst hotel. Don't go with family or anyone.
