At Hotel fiesta grand, I found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The location was great too, close to the city's major attractions. I had a wonderful stay and would choose it again.

I went to ask about staying there and got a really bad response. The desk person couldn't even speak properly to a guest making an enquiry. I wouldn't recommend visiting, even if your function is right opposite the hotel. Very poor service.

Agoda listed my three-night booking at Rs 1278, but at the hotel they demanded another Rs 3500 before giving me a room. They said the listed rates, as low as Rs 400 per night, were technical errors and the real price was Rs 1500/night. They even showed us a list of people who had paid extra to get rooms. This is a cheap trick and clearly felt like fraud. Please don't book here.

I had to leave after five hours with no refund. They'd made me cancel my OYO booking, claiming for some strange reason that they were now depanel, then took advantage of my hurry to get to work and charged three times the original price. The room was shabby and unhygienic, with no AC or toiletries. They told me to speak in Kannada, which was a torture. They said I could stay or get out, and wouldn't pay anything. When I said I'd complain to the police, they told me to do what I could. I'm not local and had work commitments, so I had to leave.
