The little details made the service feel top-class, and check-in through check-out was a premium experience. The rooms were spotless and the interiors elegant. I absolutely loved staying here.

Quality comes at a price, I suppose. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak, even on my phone, and I couldn’t manage my work Teams calls. The AC in my room didn’t work despite two complaints; they gave me a wall fan, maybe just for that room. The TV has Tata sky but no apps like Netflix. I was ready to sign in to my own account and had hoped to relax with Netflix over the weekend.

Mr. Tapan was the person I could turn to for anything during my 10-day stay, and he made the place feel homely. The staff were polite and professional, while room service and housekeeping were quick. The property stayed clean and neat throughout the day. It’s close to the main road, so getting around BTM layout and other places was easy. One of the best budget stays I’ve found around BTM layout. Keep up the good work!

Breakfast had plenty of options, and it all tasted fresh. The staff were friendly and ready to help with a smile, and I’d happily stay here again. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. It’s easy to get transport from this location, which is close to major attractions. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel felt calm and relaxing, and housekeeping kept it very clean. The amenities were worth the price. Everything was handled smoothly from check-in through check-out, with excellent hospitality and service. I’d choose this hotel again on my next visit.
