For about 2700 rupees, I booked two days through OYO for my family. The hotel is close to IIM and A2B, which was the one good point. The rest was a mess: the AC, TV, and Wi-Fi didn’t work, there were bed bugs, cockroaches, and mosquitoes, and no dustbin or housekeeping. We also had no hot water. I paid a lot and couldn’t find the amenities I expected. Think carefully before booking.

Room service was prompt and polite, and housekeeping did a great job each day. My room was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and amenities that all worked properly. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel for a comfortable visit and good hospitality.

I wish I could give negative stars. The water heater had been removed from the bathroom and left off to the side. What kind of room is that to assign to guests?

There were bed bugs and blood stains. When we complained at 3 a.m., we were told to leave. This was the worst experience, and I seriously don’t think anyone can stay here.

No AC, Wi-Fi, TV, or hot water, but plenty of cockroaches, bed bugs, and mosquitoes. I don’t know how this place got its rating. It’s the worst hotel you could book.
