We spent five days here, and the comfort and service were both awful. The room we were first given had a mattress with springs you could feel, so we asked to move. An hour later they found another room, but its bed had the same problem. I was told all the rooms had that type of bed, and we stayed because we didn't have time to find somewhere else. There wasn't a towel, and the AC didn't work. We complained to OYO several times and got a towel only after five hours. The AC never started working. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Five people in our party were over 70. The person in charge wouldn't let the elderly guests into the room until I booked an extra room to meet their demand for another mattress. They didn't stay at the hotel, but no refund was given. The rooms were very dirty, and the staff member was rude and unprofessional. Never book here.

Housekeeping was prompt and professional, and the fast Wi-Fi and ambient lighting were nice touches. The spacious room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a really comfortable bed. It felt like home away from home. Highly recommend!

The tables were spotless and the decor was well maintained. Our food was delicious, and the service felt warm and attentive. Our server really went above and beyond.

After checking in, I looked at five or six rooms. None were clean, the bathrooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the bed and bedsheet were in awful condition. They refused to change the sheets. We weren't given basic items like toiletries or towels, and the main door lock was broken. Service was terrible. They wouldn't listen to us and told us to change hotels. A really bad experience.
