Breakfast was nice, and the restaurant food was good for lunch and dinner too. I usually stay in Koramangala, but next time I’ll book with Pai group. The reason is the staff: Ramesh (FOS), Hema, Ashish, and Anil were especially impressive. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, room service, and valet, was well mannered and hospitable. It felt like the whole team was committed to making guests comfortable. I booked because of the reviews and location, and was thoroughly impressed.

Ram Das was especially kind and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location in a prime part of Bengaluru is convenient, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay. The hospitality and service were excellent. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, with its delicious South Indian food. I’d recommend Hotel Pai Comforts for a comfortable city stay.

The room was good, and breakfast had plenty of variety. But at 3675 for an off-peak stay of 3+ nights, I didn’t feel the price made sense with no view and no parking. I could park nearby at a relative’s house, but that won’t be an option for everyone. Restaurant prices seemed marked up by more than 50%, followed by a 10% discount.

The room was compact, and the lift is very small too. The kitchen next door serving Andhra cuisine smelled really strong on the stairs. Cars are parked on the street, though security keeps an eye on them.

Cleanliness, the helpful staff, and the central location made the stay comfortable. The facilities were well maintained, and I found it good value for money. Seems like a reliable option for either work or a holiday.
