The meat was half cooked and the food was salty, with no taste. Whoever prepares it doesn't seem to know how food should taste or how to cook it. A waste of money. Better to go hungry or get by on water than eat there.

The room was filthy, had broken lights, and looked creepy, as if it hadn't been painted in a decade. There was no working TV and no room service. In the bathroom, water came from only one tap; the others were useless. The room also had lots of mosquitoes. Management was careless and took half an hour just to assign me a room. Some other guests were complaining about similar problems too. One of the worst hotel stays I've had in Banglore.

Check-in was woeful, and the staff weren't friendly at all. The lift wasn't working, making things very difficult for families. Hot water wasn't available around the clock, the bathroom had no exhaust and smelled bad, and the towels smelled a bit, perhaps because they hadn't been washed properly. I had to ask for WiFi details, for a second towel for two people, and for breakfast coupons. They didn't even provide a complimentary water bottle. This was an awful stay, so it's up to you whether to check in on your next Bangalore visit. I especially wouldn't recommend it for families.

Clean, well maintained, and good value for money. The location is prime, so the other shortcomings might be easy to overlook for a short stay or business trip. Services could improve: the intercom didn't work, and food and tea can be brought to the room on request, but at a high cost. The basement restaurant has everything at normal rates.
