The way the manager spoke to guests was shocking, and the reception staff were rude. At booking and again when I arrived, I was told to pay a 15% deposit. After that, the Hotel Manger kept asking me for more money every other day. The whole operation felt very unprofessional. My room was dirty, the bedding smelled and still had marks from previous guests, and the toilet was supposedly cleaned with water alone, without cleaning chemicals. The WiFi either didn’t work or was too slow to use. The website pictures looked good, but don’t be fooled. I had to leave earlier than planned because I couldn’t stay there any longer. Better to pay a little more for somewhere else.

We got a great discount by booking through oyo, and breakfast was included for free. The place was kid-friendly, and we had no problems during our stay. The AC rooms were clean, and both the rooms and outdoor areas stayed that way. Housekeeping did a good job.

There were lots of bed bugs, even in linen that looked new. The hostel staff were rude, too. It’s a really bad place to stay, and I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
10/10
The friendly staff and homely feel made the stay nice, and I’ll visit again. Rooms were very clean, the location was good, and breakfast in the morning was good too.
8/10
We’ve stayed here with my family on many occasions, and I’d recommend it to others travelling alone or with family. It’s near important places and shopping malls, but tucked away from the busy main roads, so it stays quiet. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly.
