Being close to popular areas was the one real plus. I booked 10 rooms and a meeting room for two days during a function. The meeting room was nice, but the rooms weren’t great, and we ran into several problems: some lights didn’t work, a few rooms had no bulbs, fans weren’t working, and shower handles were faulty. I wasn’t happy with the facilities or service, and the stay wasn’t a good experience.
The rooms were okay, but the AC stayed on and didn’t seem to cool. Service wasn’t satisfactory either. They asked us to check out at midnight before our 24-hour period was up. I complained to Goibibo, and the issue was resolved.
The room we stayed in was good, but after we left it locked for a while, it would smell when we came back. This happened almost every time we were out long enough. They sprayed room freshener whenever we asked, so it wasn’t too much of a problem.
The room was horrible: it wasn’t clean, the bathroom was disgusting, and the bedsheet was dirty. The hotel’s location is good, but getting in means using a very narrow staircase, the only way to reach it. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel.
The room smelled like rotten tomatoes, and the infrastructure was pathetic. The bathroom door lock was broken, while the TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work. Room service was just as bad, and they couldn’t provide basic necessities. A horrible experience.
