Everything seemed to come with an extra charge, from towels and pillows to blankets and an extra bed. Hot water was limited, and at night they didn’t provide any. The receptionists were rude and the staff arrogant, with little respect for guests. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in Bangalore.
For a budget stay in the middle of the city, I thought this was a good option. The service was good too. I didn’t have the kind of experience described in the other reviews I saw here.
The rooms don’t have AC, and hygiene is a serious concern. The place also hasn’t been maintained properly.
The staff were well mannered, and the rooms were neat. I found it good value for the money, with transit hubs, hotels, and shopping centres nearby.
There was a bed, a light, and a fan, but the room had bed bugs and cockroaches. While I was trying to sleep, I felt irritation on my neck and the back of it, and found bugs in the bed and pillow. Cockroaches were running across my stomach and the bed too. The washrooms were unhygienic. The Wi-Fi had no internet, the telephone had no connection, and the TV had no cable recharge. There was no hot water either. I’d suggest not staying here. If you still do, booking through an online site like agoda may get you a discount of up to 120rs.
