The bedsheets seemed stale, the AC fans were loud, and the bed springs were sticking out so much that I could hardly sleep. The toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I booked two nights, but left after the first and cancelled the rest. The photos are attached. Avoid this place if you can.

The staff were good and my stay was pleasant overall. Prices for the stay are reasonable, though the hotel is new and still not fully ready. The food needs more variety and better taste to suit different visitors. I’ve left off a star while they finish things and fine-tune the service.

The accommodation itself was good, and I think the paid food is good too. But don't count on the complimentary breakfast: the poory was very oily and the sambar was watery. When we arrived late at night, the bathroom floor was slippery with dried soap water or phynile, and the hand wash bottle was empty. We were tired and sleepy, so calling housekeeping to fix it wasn't practical. Staff should double-check rooms for these problems when guests are due in late.

The staff were cooperative, and the hotel is nice for a reasonable price, but there's plenty to improve. Breakfast was included in the morning, though only okay and not up to the mark. We stayed two days: on the first day they gave us two 500 ml water bottles for free, then charged us 30 rupees extra the next day, even though each bottle costs 10 rupees.
