SilverKey Executive Stays 24047 Airport

It was a horrible stay. There was no Wi-Fi, TV connection, or AC, and the power kept coming and going, sometimes not lasting even an hour. Drinking water wasn't brought to the room, so I had to go down three floors every time I needed some. At check-in, the owner asked for extra sanitisation money, demanding Rs 1200 when the original price was Rs 607. There was no official account to pay, and my transactions were pending, so I paid again. The pending payments went through the next day. When I asked him to return the money, he didn't respond positively. After two days, I went to the property in person and got it back. I couldn't leave a review in the app because he took my phone, supposedly to check the booking ID, and checked me out through my OYO app while giving himself good ratings. The owner is well behaved, but not at all professional. This cheap hotel is a fraud. I don't think it deserves the Silverkey or executive tag. He has written a good review himself under the name NANDHU SAKKU.

The room was very clean and neat. Our only problem was that there wasn't water in the toilet early in the morning. Reception switched the motor on right away after we told them, but normal tap flow took almost 20 minutes to return.

We had a lot of fun in these rooms, with wild parties and all the usual stuff from bachelor life. This was our place to live, like a flat, while we were studying in bangalore. Oyo launched after we left the flats in 2017, so I can't speak to the hospitality. I rated it for the apartment's room size and infrastructure.

After I paid for the booking, the upgrade they first said was available turned out not to be. Rooms were only being cleaned after bookings were confirmed, and mine stank of alcohol. The lights were completely off at the socket. No one answered quickly when I called, so I had to try several times, and there was no proper drop at the room. I regret booking here.
