SKL Grand Rooms by OYO Rooms

A very good hotel with very good service.

Good rooms for a reasonable price.

The room was small and not very clean, and I wasn't given a TV remote, AC remote, Wi-Fi, toiletries, or power backup during an outage. For such hefty rent, it wasn't worth it, and the advertised facilities felt fake. The office guy was arrogant and didn't care what I wanted, and couldn't speak to me with a straight face. Don't be persuaded by the good reviews. I repeat, do not book this hotel directly or through any apps. There are much better hotels at the same price or even less.

The location is the one thing going for this place, right beside Jnanabharati metro station. The rooms were dirty, and what they charge isn’t worth it. The person managing the property wouldn’t honor my OYO booking. This seems to happen often: managers say rooms aren’t available or claim there’s a tariff dispute with OYO, leaving you to chase OYO for a refund. Some will accept the booking only if you pay extra to meet their asking price. OYO feels like a platform that brings customers to the hotel door, then leaves them to sort it out.
