Dirty, blackish water came out of the tap, which made me seriously question the cleanliness and safety. There was no hot water for daily bathing either, and no Wi-Fi at all, which is unacceptable these days. The service was just as disappointing and unresponsive. This stay failed to meet even basic expectations, and I regret choosing it. I strongly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Worst experience. I don't know how this hotel gets a 4-star rating.

There wasn't any music for the hall, and when I asked why, the staff were arrogant. Avoid this hall.

I stayed there for 10 days, and the rooms weren't cleaned daily, even after I asked repeatedly. The receptionists were rude. Rather than provide the service I asked for or make guests comfortable, they offered to move me to another hotel. There aren't many good hotels in Nagarbhavi, and it seems that has made them rude instead of service-oriented.

A nice hall for conversations and all kinds of occasions.
