We were in Bangalore for a wedding and had as many as 8 regular rooms, 2 two-bedroom suites, and 1 three-bedroom suite at the busiest point of our stay. The hotel staff kept everything clean and were friendly and flexible as our room needs kept changing. They also prepared lunch and dinner for 40+ people to suit our requirements, and breakfast was included at a reasonable price. The setup worked especially well for our family. Alongside regular rooms, some can be arranged as two- or three-bedroom suites with private living and dining rooms, a kitchen, and laundry facilities. The shared and living spaces gave us somewhere to sit and talk together without disturbing other guests. We had an excellent experience at Sterling Keys at TGI.

This was my second family stay at sterling keys Bellandur, and it was superb. The rooms were spacious and the staff supportive. Breakfast had a decent spread and tasted good; dinner at the restaurant was freshly prepared and tasty, with very good service. It’s often used by techies, but works just as well for families. Highly recommended.

I had to stay for 13days because this was the only option near my company, but the place was badly maintained despite looking decent. The first room had a cracked bathtub that smelled of sewage water. After I asked to move, the next room had very low water pressure, and it took 3days of regular complaints before they fixed it. Housekeeping came every day but didn’t clean properly, and algae on the washroom floor made it slippery. Nails were sticking out in my room, too (photos attached). They do absolute zero maintenance. The staff were responsive, but it still wasn’t worth 3k per night. Choose another hotel and save yourself the trouble.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, and we also enjoyed the delicious range of food. I spent a wonderful week with my family at Sterling Keys Hotel, Bellandur. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax. Staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The service and amenities made the stay memorable. Highly recommended.
