The hotel is easy to get to and works well for either a business trip or some time away. My room was roomy, clean, and well looked after, and the staff were polite and ready to help. It was a calm, comfortable stay at Grand Magrath Hotel in Bengaluru.

Mr. Bandi Mahesh took care of all our needs with a smile, and his service was prompt and courteous. I recently visited Grand Magartha in Bangalore and had a wonderful time. His professional, positive manner and warm, family-like nature made the experience especially good. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

I had a good time there, and the service was amazing. The staff were respectful and polite. As of 31 Oct 2025, the road to the hotel is under construction, though getting there still wasn't a problem.

At 2:30 a.m., a staff member opened our room door without permission, which felt unsafe and was completely unacceptable. When we tried to cancel through Agoda, the hotel ignored Agoda's communication. The stay was a nightmare. The rooms had a foul smell, and changing rooms didn't solve it, the stench came back even stronger. Staff kept spraying artificial fragrance instead of addressing the cause. Breakfast was pathetic, and there was construction noise every morning. The Grand Magrath Hotel felt like a disaster disguised as a 4-star property. Never again.
