The staff’s response to my clearly stated budget was humiliating. Rather than declining politely, one staff member laughed, said I was wasting his time, and talked down to me as if having a budget were wrong. I don’t need to visit to know what the place is like. I can smell the privileged stink all the way till Whitefield. Overpriced apartments don’t impress me when the people running them lack basic manners. Luxury is also about how people are treated, and this place fails miserably there. If you can’t show basic respect, don’t work in hospitality. Avoid it if you value your dignity. Plenty of places charge high prices without humiliating customers.

This is one of the most useless service apartments ever. The person I spoke with didn’t know how to speak properly to customers. People this money-minded don’t deserve to run this business. These service apartments will be gone very soon...

The beds were clean and the staff polite, and the location and room size were good. But the washrooms need a major upgrade, and the rooms weren’t up to the mark. The photos shared didn’t match what we found when we checked in. We had booked 4 rooms for 2 weeks, with 50% advance and 50% due at check-in. After seeing the rooms, we spoke to the owner, but our refund was refused and we were forced to stay for 5 days. Best avoided until the facilities are upgraded.

The rooms are very good, with free breakfast and access to a television, refrigerator, washing machines, and a fully furnished kitchen. The one issue for me was the Wi-Fi speed. If you don’t mind that and can use your own net pack, this place is awesome.
