We came as a group of 25 and suffered a lot because of the rooms. They weren't kept clean, the water supply was unreliable, and the fans didn't work. There were cigarette pieces and alcohol bottle caps in every room. Even when we raised these problems, nobody cared. One of the worst hotels I've seen. Please don't book it.

At FabExpress Rekha Residency, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the rooms stood out: clean, spacious, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the linen fresh, and the bathrooms clean with toiletries supplied. I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in the city.

There was no proper maintenance or hospitality here. The hotel was full of cockroaches and bed bugs, and when we asked for a refund, they said they wouldn't give one. The worst hotel I've ever seen.

The location is convenient and easy to reach, and the service was good. We booked a room through make my trip. The rooms were good, though cleanliness could be better. The price is affordable even if you book directly. I'd give it 3.5 stars overall.

Even when we were willing to take another room, they wouldn't give us one. The service was the worst I've ever seen, and the staff had no manners when dealing with customers.
