The location was the one slight plus: good restaurants are just a few steps away, and it’s practical if you’re staying in electronic city. This didn’t work for my family, though, and that was my mistake. The rooms seemed clean at first, but the bathrooms were rough, with limescale all over, even on the buckets. It was also hard to find the entrance, which is hidden behind what looked like electrical equipment, maybe a transformer. I arrived to find no towels, soap or toiletries, and in some rooms there were no bath mats or AC and TV remotes. I had to ask over and over for everything. They claim the hot water runs 24 hours, but in cold Bangalore weather we had to leave it running for 10 minutes before it reached room temperature. The managers blamed the solar heating and wouldn’t accept that anything was wrong. I wouldn’t trust the reviews here. Expect lots of compromises and nagging just to get basic amenities. Even at the cheapest price, I’m not sure it’s worth it. Pay a couple thousand extra for what you expect to get.

Mr. Muhid was always available to help and handled things professionally, and Mahbub from housekeeping was prompt, hardworking, and kept things clean. Their efforts made my stay more comfortable. The hotel felt pleasant, and the staff were respectful, cooperative, and made guests feel welcome. I was very satisfied with the experience and would gladly stay again. I recommend it for the good service and pleasant atmosphere.

It’s okay for a 3-6 hour stay, but there are several issues in the rooms. Cockroaches are around, not bed bugs, the kind you see on trains, I think. You get one 500 ml bottle of water, then have to refill from the dispenser, not bottled mineral water. The toilet seat was broken, and the central hot water does work, but takes time.

The rooms were hygienic, and the staff were very good and cooperative. I’d highly recommend staying here. It was worth it, so I’m giving it five stars.
