The Banjaara Suites

The staff were friendly and responsive, and the bedrooms were fairly clean. It's a basic, no-frills hotel that's good enough for a night and seems like fair value for money. Breakfast is hostel-like and nothing special. You can order other meals online or from two nearby places. The bathroom needs work. The taps leak, and a shower cubicle or even a curtain would stop water from covering the whole floor. The bathroom window could use a curtain too.

Friendly staff and manager, and the location is one of the suites' best features. It's on the highway, about 20 km from the international airport, so it suits travelers passing through Bangalore or wanting to stay near the airport. This is actually a service apartment, but the modest rooms only have an attached bathroom. The booking includes Wi-Fi and breakfast, though breakfast has a fixed South Indian menu of idli, dosa, and puri, with no omelettes. Despite being a service apartment, there are no extras like a water kettle. At around 1500 per night, you can't expect much more than what's provided.

The rooms were decent, but the TV and Wi-Fi didn't work. They fixed the TV later, while the Wi-Fi only came back almost at checkout. Breakfast was average and limited. Evening tea or coffee costs a bit much for the quality, and the staff weren't very friendly.

The food service isn't worth the money and is expensive. There's no kitchen service. If you order food, they only use one restaurant they're tied up with and order through Swiggy. Then they add their own service charge on top of the printed bill. Below average hotel.
