The breakfast buffet was excellent and worth the price, and the spacious rooms and convenient location made my two-day stay a good one. There’s also a market nearby for an evening walk. The room card lock was the one problem. It often failed, so we had to call customer service several times.

I come here regularly on office trips, and it’s also suitable for families. Amulya veg hotel is connected to the property and serves tasty vegetarian food. The hotel is near the centre of Bangalore, Majestic, with the metro, train, and bus stations all within walking distance. It’s convenient for getting around the city.

The staff were nice, and I liked the food and the lobby’s atmosphere. The room itself was okay, but the bathrooms were the biggest issue. The hotel really needs to upgrade its rooms. The location is very crowded, so if you arrive by bus, getting to the hotel can be quite a rush.

The facilities at Hotel CRN Canary and the service were both terrible, and there was no complimentary morning service. Reception staff on both the morning and night shifts were rude and showed no respect. The manager was rude too, and the housekeeping people also behaved badly. They had an attitude toward customers. Don’t book this hotel in Bengaluru. There are many better hotels there.
