Breakfast had plenty of variety and was excellent, and the rooms were spotless, well kept, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, polite, and quick to help. You can see the care that goes into the property and making guests feel at ease. We had a wonderful stay at Lofts Hotel. The experience felt premium while the price was very reasonable. We enjoyed it thoroughly and will choose the hotel again when we visit. Highly recommended for comfort, cleanliness, good food, and service.

This was my 3rd/4th visit, and it’s been top-notch every time. I was a little worried after reading reviews, but any issues they had seem to have been fixed. My two days here were so peaceful, and checkout last Sunday was really good. The breakfast food was really, really good. Everyone at reception and in the breakfast area deserves a shout-out, especially Ms. Sam, who always remembered to wish us. People served with so much care and respect. Mr. Nikhil was also very kind. He was heading to the 6th floor with kitchen items, but still accompanied us in the elevator down to the groud floor. I’m grateful for the resort’s service. It was a great stay, worth every penny. Thank you, and keep it up.

The church arranged my hotel for a child’s first holy communion, and I had a marvelous stay at Lofts. Everyone, from the entrance to checkout, was excellent, and the rooms were splendid and very clean. The food was amazing, with lots of complimentary breakfast options to choose from. The team was ready to help with anything I needed, and the prices were very reasonable for Bangalore. Thanks to the Lofts Team for a wonderful experience. Father lewin.

The resort is beautiful, but the service has taken a hit, which is a shame. On my recent visit, the receptionist showed little basic respect, and the breakfast staff seemed bothered by our presence. The first day was okay, then the second day was a completely different story. I don’t know what went wrong, but the staff need a customer service refresher. I’d stayed here three times before and always had top-notch service. I’m not recommending it for long stays until the staff issues are fixed. Property manager, please take note and make sure guests are treated with respect. People staying one, two, or more days pay ₹3500+, and I paid ₹8k, so they deserve respect too.

The staff were always ready to help and greeted us with a smile. Rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. A wonderful stay and well worth the money. Highly recommended!
