A really bad stay. The rooms were unhygienic, the service was poor, and it wasn’t worth the money. Management needs serious improvement. I wouldn’t recommend it.
10/10
Meenakshi resort is a really nice place to spend our free time or enjoy a family vacation. The location is very good.
8/10
Getting a cab from the resort was difficult, and we ended up waiting an hour. There were no lockers, and the rain showers weren’t working. Even so, we had a good time celebrating Holi there. We booked through BookMyShow, and there was a pool party with Hindi DJ songs.
2/10
The washrooms were really dirty during the Holi event, and the management wasn’t up to the job. The pool water looked dirty and didn’t seem to be changed, so we had to make do with it. There was no music during the rain dance either.
2/10
The rooms weren’t clean, and the kids’ activities were all in poor condition, despite being told there would be lots for them to do. We went as a family and left after about an hour, so it was a waste of money and time. The staff were very kind and friendly, but the owner behaved badly and started scolding us when we asked for at least half the booking cost back. I wouldn’t book this resort with kids.
