The studio room was clean and compact, but much smaller than we expected :( The senior receptionist was very robotic, didn’t face us, smile, or greet us. Another staff member in a white shirt was good, and the other staff were helpful. The Andhra restaurant downstairs had excellent staff. Upstairs, some of the restaurant staff were good, while others were rude.

The food stood out, with plenty of choices, great taste, and prompt service in a restaurant with a nice ambience. Our room was clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It made for a comfortable, pleasant stay and a lovely meal. Highly recommend.

We had veg meals at Andhra Ruchilu on the ground floor, with Malai Fish Tikka on the side. The rasam and sambar were especially good, and the Chilli Guava Icecream that came with the meal was a great finish. There’s a choice of Veg Meals, Carrier Meals, and other Indian and Chinese dishes. It gets busy on weekends, so expect to wait at least 10 to 15 mins. Prices seemed reasonable for the location and ambience. Valet parking is available. There’s also Gufa on the top floor.

It’s surprisingly peaceful here, even with plenty of guests around, and the top-floor restaurant is especially fun and captivating because of its setting. Food was excellent at both restaurants. Service was polite, generous, and attentive to detail. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, and more in the bathroom. Water is included, and you can call for more by marking a number on the phone. They’ll also clean your clothes if you ask. Thanks for a lovely stay.

My MMT booking was canceled by this hotel twice within two months. Both times I had to spend more on another booking. I don’t understand why they accept a reservation and cancel it later. It was a very bad experience and felt completely unprofessional.
