The bathroom had broken sealing and a broken toilet seat, plus electrical wiring hanging above the shower area, which seems like a health, safety, and fire hazard. There was nowhere to hang clothes or towels in there, no hooks or rails at all. Housekeeping hadn’t been done before check-in or during my stay, and the rooms were very unclean. Staff also refused basic items included with the booking, including a towel, soap, shampoo, and the complimentary welcome water. Very bad experience.

The room had free Wi-Fi, a TV, kettle, complimentary drinking water, and hot water available 24 hours. There was a terrace view and room service, plus daily cleaning. Accommodation was well maintained, and the staff were good.

I paid around 1600 for 24hr, then at check-in I asked them to change the unclean pillow cover and bedsheet. The receptionist spoke very rudely and said he wouldn’t change them and that I had to adjust. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Terrible service. Please don’t book here.

The reception service and behavior were awful. Staff weren’t cooperative, and it was the worst behavior I’ve seen compared with other oyo.

Nice place for a couple to stay, and the hotel service is good too 👠💃💞 I visit often and always have a pleasant stay.
