Treebo Edha Suites Koramangala

The manager didn’t know how to talk to customers, and the hotel had a really bad vibe. I didn’t expect this. A very pathetic experience.

The rooms are big and serviceable, and it’s a good place to stay near Koramangla. But the staff lacked hospitality and weren’t very courteous. The owner was rude when I asked for a two-hour checkout extension, even though complimentary late checkout was already written in the booking. Breakfast was average, and there were no toiletries in the toilets.

The Wi-Fi stopped working yesterday at 9 pm, but staff didn’t start trying to fix it until noon the next day. I asked to move rooms and was refused, with the explanation that the hotel was fully occupied, even though rooms were still listed as available on the booking page. There wasn’t a single person at breakfast. The manager wasn’t there when this happened, and when he finally came, he told me in Hindi, “we are resolving now,” and said it was a problem with my devices (iOS). We had also tried on Android the previous night. The other staff hadn’t contacted the manager then either. Very unprofessional.

Room service food was tasty, portions were good, and prices were cheap. The rooms are also really big and clean, the staff polite and courteous, and the location is great. The lively part of Kormangala is only about 0.5 km away and easy to walk to. Breakfast is the one thing that matches the rent. Everything else exceeded my expectations. You wouldn’t get rooms this big and clean even for 10k a night.
