Treebo Orchid Silver, Near ITPL & GR Tech Park Whitefield

Handy location, just a 3-4 minute walk from the metro, and a decent choice for solo or business travelers who are out all day and mainly need a place to sleep. The rooms are small, the lift might stop between floors, and breakfast is OK. Wi-Fi can be slow or cut out, especially at night.

It was quiet at night, so we slept well, away from the city. There are a couple of restaurants close by with good food, plus a supermarket within walking distance. We initially booked one night in a double room, and the hotel kindly added an extra bed for our child. We stayed on for a couple more days because of the pleasant atmosphere and proximity to the metro. Breakfast was OK, and we had a good stay.

The worst part was at checkout: staff examined tiny bedsheet stains in public at reception and charged ₹500. It was embarrassing and disrespectful, with no professionalism or basic manners. They also kept ringing the bell for room cleaning without respecting our privacy, which was bloody unprofessional. The AC didn't work at all, the TV seemed decades old, and the food options were pathetic, just idlis and chutney. There were barely any toiletries. Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The place is overpriced and overrated, with poor facilities and disappointing service. Absolutely not worth the price. I would never recommend it.

Treebo Prime Bliss, Whitefield felt calm and comfortable, and I felt safe there as a female traveler. It's convenient for ITPL and nearby offices, so getting around for work was easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping kept them tidy. The basic amenities were enough for a comfortable stay. Staff were polite, responsive, and supportive whenever I needed help. Check-in and checkout were simple, and the whole stay went smoothly. I'd recommend it to people looking for a decent, comfortable place in Whitefield.
