Treebo Purple Orchid Boutique

I came here after switching from another Treebo branch because that one had no car parking and the room was a bit small. Treebo Purple Orchid quoted 6600 on its website, but charged us 7500 with breakfast for three nights. We arrived at the last minute, and they asked us to come by 1 o'clock. I was travelling with my kid, so I slept while my husband went to work. That night we couldn't sleep. The fan made noise, and the AC didn't work at all. We'd already mentioned the fan noise that afternoon, then complained again at 12. My baby finally slept at 1pm, but the fan and AC noise kept waking the baby, and the AC was just a dummy box. The bed was old, like sleeping downstairs on the floor. We only got some sleep in the morning. My husband skipped work, and we told reception from 10 to 10.30 that we wanted to leave because we weren't satisfied with this Treebo Branch and had raised the problem earlier. The receptionist, Akash, said the manager mam had to come. If you're the manager, you should come early or solve the customer's problem, right? Neither Akash nor the lady receptionist cared. He just sat there saying mam will come. Why should we wait if she can come whenever she wants? Check-in is usually 1.30 pm and checkout 11 am. After a lot of arguing, Akash called the manager lady. She said she couldn't refund us, or could refund one day of our three-day booking, and asked us to stay another day. We had already said the room, bed, AC and fan were all faulty, and we'd shown us two more rooms, which were no good either. I have a baby and couldn't sleep, so we clearly said we'd leave by 10. They still made us wait until 12, and we had to ask again and again. After all that, they agreed to refund two days but charged 500 for late checkout. Come on, if you want money, cheat the customer however you can. Akash had been sitting there since 10, and the manager didn't show until 12pm. They wasted our time with no proper explanation. After checkout my husband had to go back again to get the bill. If you don't want to work, don't waste our time. We have work too, and our time is precious. You kept our money for a room at Purple Orchid that isn't maintained properly, with a faulty AC, fan and bed. You charged us 2500 for one day plus 500 for late checkout, after all that noise and no AC. Do you know how to read a clock? Check the calls we made, or ask your receptionist what time we complained. How cheap. Don't stay here.
