Treebo Suraksha Inn

The food waste all over the walking area when I checked in was a bad first impression. Breakfast wasn’t good either, and the staff attitude wasn’t appreciated. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the service, and the website and booking site photos and facilities didn’t match what was there. The room tray was dusty and poorly maintained, and there was no water bottle. The wallpaper wasn’t fitted properly, some lights didn’t work, and the switchboards were damaged. The toilet had no soap, shampoo or other toiletries, and the water wouldn’t drain properly. The room and toilet both needed proper maintenance.

The hotel location deserves more than four stars, but the rooms were dusty and the blankets weren’t clean. There was fungus on the washroom walls, and the switchboards were badly damaged and wouldn’t support mobile chargers. The staff weren’t friendly. I stayed two days, and they wouldn’t extend checkout by even one extra hour, although I was willing to pay.

I booked two nights but couldn’t sleep there because of how dirty and smelly it was. Fungus covered the bathroom walls and roof. The taps were horribly sticky, and I couldn’t bring myself to touch the toilet jet, so I used a bottle instead. There were cobwebs by the pillow, a sticky table, and a cupboard that was unusable. The kettle looked like it hadn’t been washed in years and had so much dust. They need to learn basic cleanliness. They leave a huge dustbin in the hallway all day, making the lobby smell. I also forgot to mention the bin in the room. Public dustbins are ten times cleaner. They didn’t even put a cover on it to hide some of the mess. The dirtiest, stinkiest Treebo I’ve visited.

Suraksha inn is in a prime spot in Bangalore, close to tech parks, so it works well for techies with a hybrid setup. The stay is comfortable, the pricing is affordable, and the service is great.
