I managed to get a better room soon after the first night. Before that, I’d been on the top floor, under the staff facilities, and noise kept disturbing me until 23:30 - midnight despite my complaints. It started again at 6:20 in the morning, though less often. The cleaning staff were pretty noisy too, shouting on the stairs, using phone loudspeakers, and making loud banging noises while cleaning. Some of that eased after I complained again. Other guests were noisy as well, so it’s hard to imagine a quiet atmosphere here. Still, for a hotel in this category, which averages low on quietness out of 6, this was the best one I slept in.

Kamran at reception made a real difference during my stay. He was polite, professional, and helpful, gave clear guidance, and paid attention to each guest so things went smoothly. The inn itself was peaceful and comfortable, with clean, well-kept rooms and courteous service throughout.

Food options are right nearby, so there’s no need to rely on delivery apps. The pricing also compares well with similar places, and KSR railway station and Majestic metro station are very close. The surroundings felt crowded and unhygienic, though, and the rooms are small. Our room had a broken wardrobe hinge, a noisy ceiling fan, and a wash basin that looked like it could fall at any time. There’s no room phone for emergencies, and the amenities are lacking. It was just okay.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly. I stayed for three nights and found both the room and service quite nice. It’s in the city centre, so the location was decent, though I wouldn’t expect anything too special from it.

The receptionist really made the stay for me. They were quick, polite, and accommodating, and made sure I had what I needed. Everything else at ss crownn inn was great too. 5/5, I’d absolutely stay again.
