Treebo The Galaxy Bommasandra

The room was clean and well kept, and the staff were excellent. Getting to the hotel late at night was easy, but leaving in the morning was really difficult. The bathroom flush and flush gun didn't work, and I had to ask for a toilet mat. Unlike my earlier stays at other Treebo hotels, basic toiletries were missing, including a toothbrush, shaving kit, bath soap, and shampoo. Breakfast was another letdown: plain paratha with salty subji and some rice. The cardamom tea saved the morning.

For the price, this is a decent budget stay with the basic facilities you can expect. I stayed five days and had a very good experience. It's easy to get to, and the manager and support staff were all helpful and quick to sort out questions. Five stars for them. I'd gladly recommend it if you're looking for an affordable, decent place.

The location by the highway is good, and the rooms are spacious, but they look shabby. The bedspreads were yellow, as was the bath towel, and the washrooms weren't up to standard.

The place smelled like garbage, and the toilets hadn't even been cleaned before check-in. When I asked for them to be cleaned, the staff were very rude. Terrible service. Don't waste your money or ruin your mood.
