The room and bathroom were dirty, and there were loud noises at night. The AC wasn't working. When I asked about it, they set it to fan mode and said it was working. Breakfast was listed for 7:30 but still wasn't ready after 8, so I had to leave without eating. There were no towels or toiletries in the room. After I pointed out that towels were listed among the amenities, they said they'd try to get one. It took 2.5 hours, and the towel they brought was old and stained, with the name of a nearby hotel on it. The pillow covers were very old too, and they had no spares when I asked for a change.

I was looking for a home in Bangalrore, so I booked this place in advance and ended up staying 14 days. The window looked straight at the wall of another building about a foot away, with no view outside. The tap also turned on the shower, and they never fixed it. I asked several times to move rooms. They said they would, but never did. Room cleaning was missed for 10 days, even after I asked, and I had to keep pushing them to clean. I found the place shady and regret staying there. I wouldn't book it.

The lack of parking was a problem. We had to leave our car on the main road, and smoke from people in the corridor came into our room because ventilation was poor. We stayed two nights, but the bar beside the entrance also made the place feel uncomfortable and unsafe for our family. People were often drinking and smoking right outside, which made it awkward just getting into the hotel. We wouldn't recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, secure stay.

I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel in Bengaluru. The rooms were in poor shape, and the staff acted unprofessionally. Honestly, even a lodge room might be much better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to couples or families.
