Treebo Tryst Hotel Runway Suites

The rooms are large, but the beds are small, so there's not enough sleeping space for a couple with a child. The service was awful too. We asked for tea and a couple of plates, and neither arrived. I saw at least four attendants while we were there. They say yes to everything but don't follow through. We had to switch rooms because ours was dirty and water was leaking from the AC. The keys didn't work properly, and our room on the 3rd floor smelled bad. For cleanliness, I have to give it a big zero. I've stayed at other treebo hotels that were much better, and I don't know how this one is a treebo premium property.

This stay was a complete turnaround from my last one, which was noisy and poorly maintained because construction was underway. The hotel now has new management, and the improvement in cleanliness and service is impressive. Staff were polite and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. It's right in the middle of the IT and corporate hub, making it a good choice for families and business travelers. Parking is spacious and convenient. A great place to stay, strongly recommended.

The details made it stand out for me, from the quality linens and well-stocked Restaurant to the shower that felt like a spa.
