It’s convenient for both the railway station and metro, with easy connections, and the rate is reasonable at just Rs. 550 per day on Make My Trip. The TV and fan worked fine, but room service wasn’t good. Hot water wasn’t available after 8 am, and the bathroom tap was leaking.

I wanted to cancel the room, but they didn’t care about giving a refund. The staff were rude and didn’t communicate properly, and the room wasn’t maintained. They don’t seem to care about customers at all. Worst place to stay, zero stars from me. Don’t book here, and don’t go to a hotel like this.

I’ve been traveling around Bangalore for the past 10 days and stayed in six hotels in different areas. This was the worst. The rooms are tiny, cockroaches are everywhere, and it looks like they haven’t been painted in at least five years. The reception counter was the only decent-looking spot. The hotelier checked all our luggage, making us open our bags and show what was inside, more than at an airport. I didn’t feel this hotel was safe for decent people or families. Don’t bring your family or children here. It’s a redlight hotel, and the staff behave very badly with women.

At check-in, the owner said I could have the room for 24 hours. I arrived at 8 in the morning, but after I came back from work he suddenly told me my time was up. He said I’d have to pay extra to stay longer. The owner’s behavior was pathetic. I suggest avoiding this place.
