UPAR Hotels Indiranagar

I've stayed here on quite a few business trips now, and the experience is wonderful as usual. The staff are pleasant and always just a call away. Great hospitality, team Upar, keep it up.

Mr. Venkatesh at reception was knowledgeable about the place and gave helpful guidance, which made everything more convenient. Mr. Rajesh, the Director, also made me feel genuinely welcome with his warm hospitality. Their kindness and professionalism stood out, and I had a wonderful stay. Looking forward to coming back.

The location was the only good part of this place. We booked two nights in Apri, but the room was filthy, with dirty bedding and towels, mould built up on the bathroom surfaces, and cockroaches in the bedroom. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. There were also strange people who seemed homeless, lying and sitting in the corridors, which felt intimidating. After paying in full, we decided to stay somewhere else. The staff called the manager, who shouted at us and made threats because he thought we hadn't paid. He wanted us to pay again in cash and come back the next day for a 'refund'. A staff member followed us into the street, shouting along with the manager on the phone. It was incredibly embarrassing and intimidating. Given the room's condition, we had every right not to pay, but we had already paid in full. They only left us alone when we threatened to involve the police. AVOID!!!!

The place was clean and hygiene was well maintained. The staff were very helpful, too. I'd recommend staying here if you're in the area.
