I came in with a fever, hoping to get some rest before my meetings. Instead, I spent the night dealing with bed bugs and insects. I saw them on the bed, in the wardrobe, and in the washroom, not just on the towel. The bathroom was stained and unhygienic. The room also seemed poorly maintained, with dusty furniture and switches, loose TV wires, and a door lock that didn’t feel safe. The AC and TV seemed to be there just to claim those amenities were provided, since neither worked. I booked through Agoda based on the promise of an AC room, breakfast, TV, a clean bathroom, and basic amenities at a budget friendly cost. The photos looked like a decent business hotel, but the reality was completely different. When I asked the receptionist about the AC and breakfast, all he said was, “Contact Agoda”. After a 30 minute conversation, I was told the photos on Agoda and all the other hotel booking platforms were around 15 years old. Thanks to Agoda and this hotel for an unexpected Bear Grylls survival experience overnight. I came for a business trip and ended up on an adventure, with nightmares about bed bugs and creepy insects.

I got to Bangalore at 4.30am and reached the hotel at 5.45am, but the two mobile numbers posted there didn’t answer. A guy sleeping by reception told me check-in was at 11am. I’d already paid early, so I felt stuck and waited on the road for 5 to 6 hrs instead of finding another hotel. There’s no proper contact for getting information. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and they should close the hotel and do some other business.

The shared pathway was unhygienic, with beer bottles and bin bags by the lift. In the room, all I was given was a used bowel. The bathroom taps didn’t work, and the light in there was dim. It was a shady, unhygienic place. Oyo will never change, worst experience. They call it a business hotel, and Capital O properties are generally decent, but this room and hotel were the worst place you could choose. Please dnt book this place.

I checked in at 12:00 AM, and by 4:07 AM I’d barely slept for 4 hours. Bed bugs were in the extremely dirty, unhygienic room and had badly affected my hand. Other guests had complained about the same issue before, but it seems no action was taken. I faced it too today. I called the staff, but the receptionist didn’t respond at all. This place was highly disappointing and felt unsafe for guests. Read the reviews carefully before booking, and I strongly recommend not booking this hotel.

There’s no water in the washroom for bathing, and nobody has come to clean or replace the sheets. The room, bed, and washroom are in extremely poor condition. Bugs were on the bed, and the bedsheet and cover were dirty and damaged.
