Fake. When I called, they said it wasn’t monthly. It’s a hotel charged by the day, around 2.5k!

The location is the only real plus. The room had a broken door handle and cupboard, a dirty pillow, and a sunken mattress. It clearly wasn’t maintained, and the price didn’t feel reasonable. Cleaning was infrequent, about every two weeks, the Wi-Fi was unusable, and there was mostly no electricity backup. When the power went out, there was no light or fan.

Renu Bhaiya deserves a special mention. He’s friendly, always around, and quick to sort out any problems, making sure residents feel at home. I’m having a great stay at Urban Retreat PG, and the facilities are decent.

I’ve been here about a year and love staying here. The PG is well maintained and sits in the heart of Indiranagar. Renu Bhaiya keeps its standards high and is always helpful and available when we have concerns.

My stay was good, but I still wouldn’t recommend the place, and it isn’t value for money. After I left, my deposit wasn’t returned for more than two months. The owners show little interest in maintenance, and the dilapidated common kitchen was infested with rats.
