You can book a room at Hotel Windsor Castle by the hour or overnight, and checking in was really smooth. The place is luxurious and well maintained, with polite, helpful staff. I especially enjoyed speaking with Iqbal kader, who was patient and professional.

The manager wouldn’t refund the 50% advance I’d paid after I asked to leave as soon as I saw the room. It was filthy, nothing like the pictures, and the bedsheet had clearly been used and not washed. The room and toilet were in a terrible state, like a cowshed. I wouldn’t recommend booking this place in Bengaluru. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Arun From cochin

Our group of five fit comfortably in the spacious room, and we felt very safe during the trip. The location is prime and made it easy to get where we needed to go. We were disappointed that there were no tea or coffee sets or toothbrush sets. Breakfast choices were limited and didn’t quite meet our expectations, but we still had a pleasant stay.

The TV was broken, and there were occasional issues with hot water and electricity. The front desk people were kind, though, and their hospitality made up for the problems.

Manager Rani is excellent, and I really appreciate the service here. We always get a good vibe, with smooth check-in and checkout, and any issue is sorted within five minutes. Please keep it up.
