The Elite Narasapura, A Member Of Radisson Individuals

Getting around was easy since the hotel is outside the city rush. My room was modern and spotless, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the highway. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and breakfast had a delicious spread. The buffet dinner could use more vegetarian choices for the ₹899/- price, though. I highly recommend it.

There’s a garden to enjoy around sunset, plus indoor carrom and table tennis, a gym, and a swimming pool. The rooms are great and have two televisions, though I had to call reception several times to get the TV set up. The morning buffet was good, but the selection felt too limited for the price. On weekends the dining area gets so busy that every table is taken and there isn’t enough seating for everyone. Still, it’s a pleasant hotel overall.

We stay here often for work, and the staff are much better now than they used to be. There’s still room for improvement. The food quality was a little worse than on our last visit.

The bill came to ₹999 + tax, even though we booked the Sunday lunch buffet a day ahead and were clearly quoted ₹699 + tax. No one explained the difference, which felt misleading and unacceptable. The food was disappointing too. Most dishes were either far too salty or had no taste at all. The noodles were the only thing that was remotely decent. Dessert choices were very limited, and some items didn’t smell fresh. We had to make a lot of effort just to get a feedback form, and even then nobody asked about our concerns or acknowledged what had gone wrong. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the poor service, unclear pricing, and subpar food at Radisson Narsapura. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place.
