The manager was rude and unprofessional, and the service was poor, with delays and little attention to what customers needed. I was also charged extra without a proper explanation, so the pricing felt unfair and unclear. Customer care and hospitality were lacking. My experience at Rara Avis Hotel was very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend staying unless service and management improve significantly.

The hotel was good, though the restaurant wasn't so great. The room size and decoration were especially impressive, and the quality felt in line with what I paid. Nice place to stay.
