Bloom room @ New Delhi Railway Station was neat, modern, and well maintained. The room was comfortable, check-in went smoothly, and the staff were professional. The location was handy for getting around, and I’d stay again. The problem came with a discount. The website showed 20 percent off food and beverages, and we had stayed there for four days, but we checked out at 3 am because of our schedule. The night receptionist gave us the full bill. When I asked about the website offer and booking discount, he said we had to tell them earlier and claimed they didn’t have a website discount. I said we’d already been staying there for days, but he was rude and said he hadn’t seen me before. If you stay there, make sure you tell them about the offer and discount, because they don’t seem to care about website bookings.

The location near the railway station made this a convenient choice for a short stop in Delhi or a transit stay. It’s efficient, hassle-free, and good value, and the bed was very comfortable after a long journey. At Bloomrooms @ New Delhi Railway Station, my room was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged for a short stay. I found it a reliable option for a comfortable stay close to the station.

The hotel can help arrange train and bus tickets, and excursions to different places around India, which makes travel much easier. Its location is handy too, not far from the railway station or airport, and the main attractions are easy to reach by taxi. The surrounding area is lively and a bit chaotic, as is typical for India, but that didn’t really affect the stay when using transport. The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, with attentive, friendly staff who are ready to help. Rooms are well kept and meet expectations for the price, making it good value. The café deserves a mention: the food is delicious, breakfast is varied and satisfying, and you can order meals to your room. It stays open late, service there is friendly and attentive, and hotel guests get a discount on food. We were very satisfied with our stay, especially the service and help with travel arrangements.

The shower had reliable hot water, and breakfast was really good. We spent a week here while travelling in India and found it one of our best stays. The room wasn't large, but it was comfortable and clean, with enough space for us. Staff and service were great.

Om Prakash and Chef Dinesh were especially caring and attentive throughout my stay. I was there for nearly a week, and the room stayed neat and well kept. Breakfast was excellent each day. I had a very pleasant visit and would happily recommend the place.
